Features

Resume watching v.1

Registered and unregistered users will be able to continue watching a video where they have left off thanks to the new feature of VP Apps. The video will be starting off at -10 seconds. If a video has been watched more than 90%, the video will start playing from 0 the next time the user watches it.

AI Recommender v.1

The AI recommender engine which will suggest relevant content to the users based on their interaction with the platform, is now a feature in VP Apps. The first version of the AI recommender includes the set up of the recommender engine in the VP Apps organization, which is done with the assistance of the VP Apps team. This will allow the establishment of a connection between the truAI, Bisko and VP Apps.

Editors feedback

Video listing - info about filled CMR report

In the table view of video listing the VP Apps users will be able to see the information on whether a video already has a CMR report filled in. If the media does not have a CMR report filled in, they will simply click on the “Add” button, and they will be redirected to the report creation page.

CMR report redesign

  • The CMR report has been redesigned completely to make the job of a content editor as convenient as possible. Now the CMR report is filled in on a page rather than a modal, which gives the editors an overview of all the fields of the report, without having to skip through pages of the modal.

Info about who first uploaded the video

  • The information on who uploaded the video can be viewed in the media preview, inside the media settings page.
