Usage History

The Usage History feature in VP provides users with a monthly overview of key metrics, including encoded minutes, storage, stream, total ads, and total plays. This information covers data from when the user first started using VP, according to the terms outlined in their contracts. Visibility is granted to the organization owner, allowing them to monitor consumption based on contracts, and to project owners who can track specific usage details. Please note that this page is not accessible to content editors.

Access Usage History​

  1. Navigate to the Analytics section and select "Usage History."
  2. Click on "Select by Project."
  3. To obtain an overall view of aggregated metrics across all projects, choose "All Projects" from the dropdown menu.

  1. To view the usage history of a specific project, select the desired project from the dropdown list.
  2. The user can also download these data as a CSV file.

This functionality allows users to effectively monitor and analyze their VP usage over time, empowering them with insights into resource utilization and performance metrics.
