Release Notes for Client v2.0.19​

  • Feature: Stop & Cut and Cut & Publish will be sent with "QueueId: 1" in the encoding queue.
  • Update: Grouped Input Update for Improved Usability at localization tab
    • Inputs are grouped based on their functionality to help you find them quickly and enhance your workflow
  • FIX: Metadata Handling for Audio Preview in Audio Players and Podcasts
    • Resolved an issue where changes to titles, descriptions, and other metadata were not being updated in the audio player.
  • Update: Cut & Publish Pop-up
    • Updated the design of the Cut & Publish pop-up to enhance the user experience.
  • Update: Enhanced Search Functionality with Author Search Option
    • New author search option to the long search bar.
  • Update: Support for the ".mov" format has been added to the player properties.
  • Update: Filtered Analytics for Project-Specific Players and Videos
    • Added the ability to view analytics for specific players or videos within a project
  • Update: Static URL Path to Thumbnail Invalidations
    • Added an additional static URL path option for video thumbnail invalidation requests. This allows VP Player users to include extra paths in their thumbnail invalidation process.
  • Update: Add 'isVideoVertical' Property to Analytics Database
  • Fix: Corrected HLS Base URL for the image API.
  • Update: Added support for various file formats in aspect ratio calculations.
  • Update: Integrated publish status changes for CutAndPublish and StopAndCut.

Fixes​

    • Fix: Corrected percentage display on top devices.
    • Fix: Verified endpoint functionality for embedding audio/podcasts in advanced analytics.

Video Player​

  • Feature: Added adblock detection on the player side.
  • Fix: Resolved sizing issue with VTT filmstrip.
  • Fix: Addressed issue where Show/Hide Auto Play was not updating.

Audio Player​

  • Feature: Audio Lock Functionality
    • Allowing audio to be locked for a specified duration for premium content and monetization purposes.
