The method now returns 100% when readiness criteria are met. If not, it will return the lesser of progressTillReadiness or 99%.

Added an author field to the metadata of live videos, along with the functionality to search by author.

Update: Added a prompt in the Live Video Modal to guide users to create a channel when none exists
